Refund Policy

Ruubu is digital content delivered instantly. At checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that exporting or downloading a finished deliverable (a resume PDF/DOCX, cover letter, or analysis report) counts as receiving the product. Your refund window stays open until you export your first deliverable — after that the product has been delivered and is no longer refundable. This is the consent you give in place of the EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital content (Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m)); where local law grants stronger rights, those apply.

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet exported or downloaded a deliverable. Once you export a resume, cover letter, or report, the purchase is delivered and non-refundable. No forms or justification needed while you are still inside the window.

Refundable within 7 days of the first charge if you have not exported a deliverable in that billing period. Renewal charges are not refundable — cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may decline repeat refunds where a pattern of subscribe-export-refund is evident.

Email the address on your account to support — see the Contact page. We confirm your export history, then process eligible refunds through Stripe within 5-10 business days. A refund ends your access immediately.
